Interactive real-time installation

An interactive installation developed as a dual-screen experience, the piece takes cues from the language of journalism, structured like a living newspaper. The aim ‘to have AI governance visible and understandable in a format that is vivid and familiar’. 

Two portrait 4k touch displays present stories, insights and system behaviours. Visitors explore how AI decisions are made, monitored and managed in real-time from model performance to risk exposure, the platform demonstrates how organisations can unify oversight and reduce risk. The digital newspaper turns governance into something you can navigate with ease, question and understand. The installation offers a tactile, editorial approach to a very specific digital challenge.

Visitors explore stories depicting fictitious AI scenarios where Governance was not adhered to. ‘AI error sends water bill discounts to the wrong customer’, ‘GDPR compliance failure’. The interaction demonstrates how organisations can unify oversight and reduce risk.
